Corrin Cicoria is the Managing Associate at Resnick Law Group, P.C. She has extensive litigation and office management experience, having served as the firm’s Senior Litigation Paralegal/Office Manager for over 16 years.

Corrin has devoted her career to being an advocate for employees who face discrimination, harassment and retaliation in the workplace. She has also worked on cases that involve whistleblowers, hostile work environment, reasonable accommodations, family and medical leave, and negligent hiring and retention, to name a few. Corrin believes everyone deserves to work in an environment free of discrimination, harassment and retaliation and she loves to be the voice for those employees who have been wronged.

Corrin has been working in the employment law sector for employees for over 26 years having started out as a Receptionist while a full-time student. She quickly gained the respect of the Managing Partner and her co-workers resulting in a promotion to the position of Paralegal. Corrin later became the Senior Litigation Paralegal/Litigation Coordinator. This was an integral position that allowed her to gain invaluable experience from the inception of a case through trial, as well as effective case management experience.

Over the years, Corrin has developed a thorough understanding of the employment laws in New Jersey and New York. She also has considerable experience in negotiations and all aspects of the litigation process, including mediation, arbitration and trial, as well as experience with appellate practice in New Jersey. Corrin has played an essential role over the years in the preparation and active participation of cases at trial, many of which resulted in successful verdicts for plaintiffs.

In addition, her law practice management skills have grown and allow her to supervise, mentor and guide co-workers and colleagues. This remains a vitally important role that impacts the productivity and efficiency of the firm.

Prior to joining Resnick Law Group, Corrin earned an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from Bergen Community College where she graduated with honors. She then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts from Montclair State University where she graduated Cum laude having been on the Dean’s List and a member of Alpha Kappa Delta Sociology Honor Society.

Corrin finally achieved her dream when she received her Juris Doctor from Elisabeth Haub School of Law – Pace University in 2023 where she graduated Cum laude.
