Joann Lane is a Senior Litigation Paralegal for Resnick Law Group. Ms. Lane has concentrated solely in employment and civil rights law since 1992.

Over the years Ms. Lane has developed extensive experience, knowledge, and training in litigating such matters, and she is very passionate about the law and people’s rights. Ms. Lane believes that client service means leaving no stone unturned. She prides herself in being involved in every aspect of the litigation process, including client meetings, drafting pleadings, drafting and answering discovery, mediation, motion practice, research and writing, and appeals. Ms. Lane has second chaired jury trials which have resulted in successful verdicts and settlements, and, in fact, has contributed to various litigation matters that have resulted in reported decisions.

Prior to joining Resnick Law Group, Ms. Lane earned an A.A.S. Degree in Paralegal Technologies from Brookdale Community College. Both in her prior long term paralegal positions and now with Resnick Law Group, she has been afforded the opportunity of great exposure to the legal system, court proceedings, counsel meetings and being involved in high profile cases.
